Reverse Aid Sensor Stuck

Reverse Aid Sensor Stuck
I have had my 6.2 F-250 for almost a year now. During the last couple of rains we have had, my reverse aid sensors have been stuck on when I put it in reverse, like something is behind of me. I thought one of my coworkers put tape or something over one of the sensors but that was not the case. I even wiped them down to make sure the water wasn't messing them up. Has anyone else had an issue with these and if so what did you do to fix it?

I've had the same thing happen since the day I bought my truck. I've taken it in and they tell me it's just the nature of the system when it gets wet after a hard rain. I've tried wiping them off with no luck. Seems like they just have to dry out on their own and then they're fine. It's frustrating for sure.

It rains like crazy here in Pittsburgh and my sensors never get tripped from water. Ice and snow, heck yeah they go off, but not water. I've had the water roll off the back of the bed cover over the sensors and they still don't get tripped.
Is there a way to determine which one is causing the issue, maybe disconnect them or switch them up?
