Some Pics From SEMA

This thing is...different

Pretty slick '39 Buick

The paint on this Camaro is unbelievable. The Hot Wheels track was pretty cool too

Not sure what that White thing is. Apparently it has a stereo in it.

Vic Edelbrock's old Lakester

Loved the work on this truck...I guess some like the huge wheels

There was even some good stuff in the parking lot, like this La Salle

SCT was there.

Electric. I don't know how well it works, but they said it's wonderful

How about a set of ceramic/carbon brakes? Very lightweight, and only $12k

No caption necessary

You've probably seen pics of Steven Walker's (layson is his screen name on the forums) truck, but here's a few more.

Dedicated the build to his brother

With honorable mention to the Army's 3rd Infantry Division

Randoms from here on out

Thanks for all the pics, Steve!

Lots of great looking cars and trucks. Really like the brunette Conti girl...

Of particular interest to me is the use of an alternator on the all-electric truck. I find it funny, as there is necessarily a net loss of energy there.

Seems they COULD have chosen a different chassis for the '56 crew-cab, too.

Glad to see that Layson could show off his truck up there. It's a fine, fine example of what can be done, and a real tribute. We met Steve up in Oregon a couple of years ago at a GTG at Mark's place.

SCTs truck would draw a crowd, however impractical, and that's exactly what it's needed for. Nothing else.....

I guess I'd have to say that I liked the pic of the LaSalle best (in the iron category, at least).

In the other category, I agree with Unk-Fish about the "stuff"!
