I replaced them with Michelin LT2 tires this last week. Yes, they are not sexy looking but they last forever, ride smooth, quiet and gave me a sense of safety. I personally cannot say enough about Michelins.

The question is if you want to pay the price for them. They are overpriced IMO even though they are better tires.
Yes, Michelin makes a great on road tire, no doubt about it and I don't think anyone can make a a valid argument against them. Now, if they'd only make a tire that didn't look like it belonged on a minivan then I could start considering them for my own trucks.

^^ Those are some cool tires. We run them on our LMTVs at work and you'd be amazed at what they can do. I seen these tires take these 7+ ton trucks though some sloppy crap that some built civilian trucks would have problems with. But I still don't think that was what the OP was looking for.

That is a heck of a tire though, does "Full width belt protection" mean that they're bias ply?
