Quick ? on Fuel Pressure

Will low manifold vacuum (vacuum leaks) cause the FPR to give a lower than normal pressure reading?

It should not. In fact I believe if you remove the vaccum line from the FPR then your fuel PSI should jump 5-10 lbs.
