I can't wait to drive it. But now with the addition of the crown Vic suspension and all the additional time and money we will keep our fingers crossed for next year.

Great work. I only hope I live long enough to see it on the road. I am only 60. I think I got 20 years left.

It had holes that were plugged when the car was decommissioned.

Yeah... sure makes life easier....

my buddy just picked this unit up. We had to change damn near every hyd hose on the tractor, but it was worth it.

Well gang,

I did a little welding on the cab today, we are finally getting back into the garage.

Tomorrow we should get the remainder of the lower center cab made up.

And when I come back from Carlise I will start tearing down the nose, drive train, and front suspension.

So now that we are getting ready to remove the stock drive train and front suspension I am starting to think about EFI fuel pumps, Return lines, and Fuel Gauges.

I am running a 70's mustang tank, so the oms will not match the crown vic gauges (if I use them).

I need to provide a return line for the Crown Vic EFI. The task will be to clean all fuel from the tank so we can install a bulkhead fitting in the fuel tank for the return line.

crown vic gauges? Stock 1956 Gauges with adapters? Dakota Digital gauges set to my specs???

Then the question of automatic to manual transmission swap comes up.

What 4.6 tranny to use? What tuner to use to make the manual transmission communicate correctly? So many things to figure.... so little time....
