Now in it's 42nd year.

A friend in suburban Phoenix does it every year, and she's in her forties!

Did you ride it?

I would not want to be the one who is responsible for putting the bikes up or taking them down from there.

Do I detect a stairway across the back?

Since those bikes weigh so little, a simple rope and someone at each end would work effectively and simply.

That whole rig sure catches a fair share of wind, however, and I suspect the fuel mileage is horrendous!

That bus is not particularly unusual, however, at RAGBRAI, as there is a website dedicated to them. The one that Sean captured is not even listed at the home of the Museum for RAGBRAI Busses, but there IS another shot of it somewhere in HERE.

That is a lot of buses. Interesting paint schemes on some of them. I do like that neon interior with the green sofa too.

Not this year, when I went to school in IA, we'd ride for just for a couple miles to get the t shirt.

30 inch lift. No wonder he "rarely drives it". I can't see how something like that is even legal to drive on the road. I would not want to climb in and out of that on a daily basis.

Up here and I think most states the headlights depict how high ya go. They can only be so high off the road to be leagle. So folks install lights in the bumper or under it to run 44" Monster Mudders.

Maybe he is just confused, and thinks it is a Dodge Durango.
