1999 - 2007 F350 Super Duty leaf springs
1980 - 1997 Ford F250 Leaf springs - front and rear
Check that link out, that gives dimensions for you. If you do the front I believe you need to do the RSK, or at least move the front mount ahead some. I've never done any of this so my info may not be all right. You may need to move the rear mount on the rear springs also. Again, I'm not sure though. I need new springs also and even thought about using F450 springs on the rear, not caring so much about ride, just hauling capabilities.

The rears will fit with just slight trimming of the 2nd leaf, otherwise it'll hit the shackel. You'll need to drill out the mounts to the SD size bolts. Sorry I can't remember what size they are right now!
Fronts will require installing a reverse shackle kit & mounting it 3 1/2" to 3 5/8" forward of the stock spring hanger location... on edit: You'd also probably need to do the Dana 60 swap up front as the RSK's are not designed for the D50's due to the way the axle flexes...

I have '01 350 springs on mine all around.
The rear is a breeze. They are the same length. Just the bolt holes are larger. You can use either shackle. If you use the SD shackle you have to grind it down to thin it out so it will drop in the shackle bracket on the frame that is all. Then you need to drill the holes in the brackets to make them large enough to fit the SD bolts that are larger. A step bit and an angle cordless drill is your friend here! No need to cut any springs or anything. I have seen someone who had to cut a spring but the pic I saw had the shackle on backwards.
If you use the OBS shackles the holes in the shackle need to be bored out to fit the larger spring bolt. I don't like this idea because it makes the shackle weaker and I tow heavy. Also the SD shackles are made of 1/4" steel and the OBS ones are 1/8" steel. Big difference in my book.
If you use the front springs there is much more involved. The SD springs are longer so you need to move your front bracket forward and since you are modifying that you should probably do the RSK while you are at it. There are several kits available. I have even seen one that does not give any lift at all. or even 3 inch lift up to 6 inch lift. You choose. Also I don't think the springs will function very good with the stock 250 front axle (TTB). I would recommend the solid D60 axle with these springs.
