Give me some ideas/opions

Heres my situation; I bought my soon to be 15yo son a 1992 F250 4x4 ex cab XLT (7.5 and auto, all pwr interior) early this year to get used to before DL time. My plan was for me to drive it until then, but now he would rather have a car instead. About 2 weeks ago I bought a 1994 F350 cc XL 4x4 (7.3 IDI and 5spd, only has A/C, no pwr options) to use for the front axle and related parts. It runs, but I've only heard it just for a couple mins. because the radiator is missing. I need another truck, but I would rather have one that has pwr windows, locks, etc, which the 250 does. But I prefer 4 doors (family of 4), over the x-cab. I can't decide if I should go ahead with the Dana 60 swap, and scrap the rest of the 350, or just sell both (maybe $1800-2000 each?) and buy another F350 with power accs. and a 460 or turbo diesel or ? My only fear of selling both is not being able to find another truck, b/c I know the later 90s cc are alittle hard to find and pricey, especially in GC. And, I'm still undecided if I want a diesel truck (had several big block trucks, never owned a diesel). **Forgot to mention, the 250 also needs a trans (e4od, no neutral or reverse).

Feels like I'm just rambling on, but this is about to drive me crazy.

The old IDI diesels are the perfect first diesel engine. They are easy to understand and repair and quite reliable. Also way cooler to see an old ford diesel on the road than a gasser! I miss my old 6.9 idi, was a great truck.
