rear cab mount
#4
as u lower the cab, squeeze the top of the arm past the lip on the cab til it seats, and u can put the bolt thru..
you cannot clamp, pry, wedge, or anything else to get the lower bumper into place if you do the cab side first. Least I didn't find one.

This posting was timely, as I was planning to mount cab tonite.
Took a different approach which was maybe 15-20 minutes per side.
1. Install frame brackets to torque.
2. Loosely attach swing arm to cab. (remember it arcs like an N not a U)
3. Tape or otherwise place the rubber. (like an F not an L)
4. Lower cab guiding the swing arm near to position in frame bracket.
(holes should be close to parallel)
5. Use 5" (-ish) C-clamp to squeeze swing arm into place.
Note: use 9/16 socket over bolt and duct tape or rubber sheet over
swing arm end to protect finish from scratches if desired/needed. Use
drift or similar to help determine alignment)
6. Once squeezed to align, remove drift and insert bolt. (done)
Like I said, took me about 15-20 minutes per side once I had cab positioned on jack/hoist and front cab corner bolts loosely in place to approximate alignment. I was so impressed I had to post proceedure here before I finished even putting the nuts/washers/locks on.
I think I'll have a cocktail with the extra time I now have compared to what I expected.
