Actually, CSA money is worth more today...when you consider collector value.

I had all sorts of this money when I was a young un...'course back then, it was just a curiosity...not worth the paper it was printed on.

And one has to be careful today, cuz there's a lotta counterfeit bills floating around. A cereal company started it all by reprinting some of it, gave it away in the 1960's.

I'm trying to find a set of these bed rails as well; can someone let me know who one of these 30 plus dealers are that still have these?

Thanks!

The 30 some dealers that have the 8' bed rails: These are F3TZ bed rails and, according to the parts catalog, are a contempory design, different than the E7TZ rails that Phil105 and etc have bought.

I dunno what the F3TZ rails look like, cuz the parts catalog only shows a generic pic.

So, you are either going to have to find an 1993/97 accessory brochure, then look at it, or call a dealer that has them, and ask to have the package opened and the rails described.

I am not going to list 30 sources for the 8' kit, way too much typing. There is also a 6 3/4' kit, so I listed one source that has both.

If y'all like them, do NOT buy them...yet, because other dealers have these and obsolete parts prices can vary wildly from one source to another.

P/M or email me y'all's phone number, best time to call. I'll read ALL the sources over the phone...have a long piece of paper ready.

EDIT: How far away from Orlando FL do you live? GREENWAY FORD (407-275-3200) has ONE 8' kit. You could drive there, look at it...if not too far away.

F3TZ-9932230-A .. 6 3/4' Bed Rail Kit-Chrome-Contempory Design / Obsolete / Last MSRP: $161.97 / Dealer net cost: $113.38.

KINSEL L/M in Beaumont TX has FOUR = 800-816-2894.
------------------------------------------------------
F3TZ-9932230-C .. 8' Bed Rail Kit-Chrome-Contempory Design / Obsolete / Last MSRP: $182.71 / Dealer net cost: $127.90

KINSEL L/M has TWO.
---------------------
E7TZ-9932230-A .. 8' Bed Rail Kit-Chrome / Obsolete

No Ford Dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.
-----------------------------------------------
E7TZ-9932230-B /.. 6 3/4' Bed Rail Kit-Chrome / Obsolete / Last MSRP: $237.16 / Dealer net cost: $166.01.

EIGHT Ford Dealers have ONE each.

Thanks! I'll check with the dealer in Orlando; too far to go just to look but I'll try to see if they take a picture for me.

Best Regards,

Welcome to FTE

Obsolete: No Ford Dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any. If you had asked a year ago, there were 15 available (1967/91 same). After I posted the part number/sources that had them, all were sold.

I have a set of both short bed and long bed rails the long bed ones are on my 68 highboy right now I'm either going to take them off or cut them to fit a toolbox in front of them I would hate to do this but like the looks of both. The swb ones are still on a 67 f100 not sure if my father will takes those off in the future but a definite possibility. The long bed ones are not perfect but very nice they have some minor pitting on the front mounts by the cab but not much. Not sure if anyone would be interested in the lwb ones before I cut them figured I would offer and see. I'm in CT
Thanks Scott

I may snag the ones on eBay if there are no objections. I'm in a bidding war for them and I'm sorry..but I ain't paying 200$ for them..not sure how "rare" the factory rails are but u do love the look.
