The fuel filter is the one on the passenger side front of the engine, it's just like an oil filter.
Screw it off, screw new one on.
When you put a new filter on, be sure to fill it straight to the top before installing it.
It's best to do this when the engine is warm. If it stalls out, you'll need to crank the engine for the fuel to come up (mechanical fuel pump). With the engine warm, at least you won't be fighting a cold engine + air in fuel.
WARNING:
DO NOT crank more than 20 seconds at a time, with a full 2 minute cool down time. Your starter will thank you!
