rear wiper fluid

The question is why it did that. You might have to trim the lose hose off. Kinda like throwing a hot dog down a hallway isn't good.
In my case, it wet the cargo area last winter. Reason being that I bought washer fluid that was for the summer and it froze in the line and popped the line. Cut the loose end off and spliced in another tight hose. You do want the female end to grip the male end tight, don't you?

I would cut out that stretched section of the hose. In human terms you can do vaginoplasty but not sure it is worth it in this cases. I would at least cut of the last half inch and push it back. Winter is coming and you don't want this to blow out when it is cold outside and snowing.

You might have to lift up part of the carpet to trace it.

follow the line from the front tank in the left and it goes to the passenger side thru the firewall so mine blew a line at the passenger area on the front

Moisture in the rear corner of the pass side could be from the washer hose but can also be from condensation from your rear A/C unit in the rear jack panel housing. Open that up and make sure your drain line is working properly for the rear A/C. My drain line was working but there was so much condensation on the A/C lines that is was pooling in the rear and causing it to stay excessively wet so I drilled an extra drain hole for the water to drain out and so far seems to be working well.
