Check the 90 at the rear hatch and see if its broken or the line came unhooked. Thats were I would start.

Yep just had to fix mine, the connection for the lines came undone and ran fluid all over the back side of my truck. Just pop off the panel that goes over the top and you can access it, used zip ties to secure it.

The question is why it did that. You might have to trim the lose hose off. Kinda like throwing a hot dog down a hallway isn't good.

In my case, it wet the cargo area last winter. Reason being that I bought washer fluid that was for the summer and it froze in the line and popped the line. Cut the loose end off and spliced in another tight hose. You do want the female end to grip the male end tight, don't you?

Probably nothing. I was talking about how tight a hose should be.

I would cut out that stretched section of the hose. In human terms you can do vaginoplasty but not sure it is worth it in this cases. I would at least cut of the last half inch and push it back. Winter is coming and you don't want this to blow out when it is cold outside and snowing.

what side/panel does the hose run through? I keep getting moisture on the rear carpet from an unknown source and this post made me think I need to check the line.

Check the sill panel. The plastic thing at the edge of the carpet that runs down the length of the door.

You might have to lift up part of the carpet to trace it.

follow the line from the front tank in the left and it goes to the passenger side thru the firewall so mine blew a line at the passenger area on the front

Moisture in the rear corner of the pass side could be from the washer hose but can also be from condensation from your rear A/C unit in the rear jack panel housing. Open that up and make sure your drain line is working properly for the rear A/C. My drain line was working but there was so much condensation on the A/C lines that is was pooling in the rear and causing it to stay excessively wet so I drilled an extra drain hole for the water to drain out and so far seems to be working well.

the panel where the jack is, is bone dry. And I very very rarely use the rear AC. Then again, I very rarely use the rear washer too. I dunno. I have to pull the rear panels to install a stereo and change a seatbelt and I will do more investigating then.
