rear brakes still locking up!!

Here's a scenario for everyone here -- 87 ford f-150 , rear and front brakes replaced , proportion valve replaced , rear brake cylinders replaced , drums turned , new power booster, new master cylinder , system bled -- damn brakes still sticking and smoking after driving about 100 miles every time -WTF! eVEN MY MECHANIC CANNOT FIGURE IT OUT ! Going to take it to Midas to see if the brakes are wrong size? adjuster is out too far ? can't figure this one out .
If anyone has had all this trouble --hey let me know -- i am at my wits end!

New flex line to rear axle? If not maybe it's holding pressure.

All 4 brakes are sticking and smoking?

Did you look at the brake pedal return spring?
