Re-key everything to match truck key?

Hey everyone. Anybody ever wanted to have just one key to control everything? Is it possible?

Currently, I have the truck key, weatherguard key, hitch lock key and house keys. I love the key + fob combo and would like to use that for everything. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Garrett

Sounds like an interesting project.

I am actually trying to go the other way and add a key. I want to re-key my center console so that a valet, car wash, etc, doesn't have access to it.

Good luck

I just saw a padlock at my local Ford dealer that was designed to use your truck key but other than that I haven't seen anything else.

I like this idea....
Might be worth a new thread of it's own when you get it done.

everything would have to use the same key blank to do this, so you would have to change all the lock cylinders to the same keyway.

I like that idea also. So maybe two keys would work for me. Just tired of all the keys I have I guess.

Thanks,
Garrett
