Exclamation NO BRAKES NO BRAKES! HELP

Ok so I need someone who really knows what they are talking about to help me.. I am doing the front brakes on my 63.. I have been looking EVERYWHERE for my wheel cylinders ( Single Piston ). What I have heard is, they no longer make the single piston wheel cylinders..I was told I can use 64 backing plates and be able to use the dual slave cylinders..This is driving me CRAZY!
