Mine does and I can explain why. It might be model year (or engine) specific.
There are 3 wires going through the clock spring for the cruise and horn and illumination functions. The switches, lights and horn are wired with resistors, so that pressing one of the buttons applies a specific resistance across 2 of the 3 wires. The PCM looks at the resistance across those circuits and knows what button you are pressing. It just happens that pressing the On and Coast buttons at the same time produce the same set of values that pressing the horn does. The PCM module can't tell the difference when it sees this so it activates the horn relay.

One of the readouts in the test mode is actual transmission temperature. I monitored mine today on the way to work. It started as '067 tF' and when it reached about 085, the needle on the temp gauge was in the middle and over the course of the trip ~20 miles in was showing '118 tF'. Has to be tranny temp, right?

Tried it out today, pretty darn neat! There are about 20 different options and I know about 4 lol.
However when you shut the truck off and restart it goes back to normal. Found out my trans temp gauge starts moving at 50f and is around the normal mark at 58-60f. I didn't get to see what it went up to while towing because I shut the truck off in between first starting it and towing have to check again.
