In another thread, Mark K mentioned 2005 for the 5R110. Looks like the 6R140 came out around 2010 along with the 6.2L gas and 6.7L diesels

2005 is correct for the F-series 3-valve.

That's what I meant - for the 3-valve in 2005, it got the TorqShift...

Yep V10 got the torqueshift in 05 for the Fseries also got the 3 valve then and a front end update.
