78 f-250 engine needed

hey everybody, im looking for a 351M or a 400 for my 78 F-250, not looking for a crazy horsepower machine with high compressionand runs on premium just a solid strong one, budget motor sorta. if anyone has anyhting let me know would be greatly appreciated , email bowley187@hotmail.com

I have a 400 up here in Vavenby it sounds pretty healthy and I have a friend that lives in your area who comes up here at least once a month $500.00

Did you find one yet? There's a few to choose from here in Langley for cheaper than $500.

no i did not, havent been looking to hard. are they godo motors or in need of rebuilds? and where are they?
