Sedona Car Show 10-01-2011 pics

After horsing around yesterday on the FTE, I decided to mosey down to the local car show. Since this is open range country, I managed to steer clear of any bovines on the road; difficult, since my truck has bump steer. However, there were a few heifers at the show itself; one too many cheeseburgers methinks.

I limited the pictures to mostly trucks and a few panoramic shots of the Red Rock background. Beautiful day but still hot; don’t believe what they say about dry heat! Enjoy.

This is the first car I owned - 1956 Ford; loved the sound of the Y block.

That is a beautiful 56 (car)! Where did they all go?! Ford outsold Chevy back then but I could count the number of Fords I see on one hand.

Did that '36 4x4 have a bunch of weight in the back or is it on a complete Dakota chassis? Other than the stance, a great looking truck, I'm sure he off-roads it all the time?!
