Radio will not turn on

Radio will not turn on
02 f350 xl with factory cd player. I have power going to the unit like the clock but will not turn on completely. I have checked all the radio fuses and they are fine. I also swapped another factory radio from another one of my trucks and it does the same thing. Any thoughts?

Radio
Check all the fuses with a test light. Sometimes there is a fuse that has nothing to do with the radio that supplies power to it. The owners manual usually does not show all the fuses that are for a particular circuit---only the major uses of that fuse. A few months ago, I replaced the dome lamp assembly in my truck. I accidentally blew the fuse associated with that circuit when I pulled the lamp out of the depression in the roof panel without knowing it. Besides the lamp not working when I installed the new one, the radio and the power windows would not work. As I said above, check ALL of the fuses with a test light--I'm sure you'll find one blown.

P.S. The clock in the radio is on a different circuit than the radio itself.

Fixed problem
Had the same problem, went to change the dome lights on the inside of the truck, and must have blew a fuse. Took a light tester tool, and checked all the fuses. Found the fuse and put a new one in now my radio is working normal. The fuse was located inside the cab under the dash, it was a 10 amp (red)fuse at the very bottom of the panel. Which I believe was for the cluster:
