03 6.0 stumbles/ bucking/ jerking
Ok I got a 03 f250 cc fx4 6.0 automatic trans. It is bucking and jerking really bad at about 50-60 mph or on hills. (Feels like it not getting enough fuel) It idles pretty smooth only does it when you mash the fuel pedal mainly around 1500rpms. I have had it on a cornwell tech force computer and at the ford dealer on the computer no codes. I have checked fuel pressure at idle it is 64psi at 1500 Rpm's it's 64psi I have put a scangauge ii in and have some numbers off of it aswell. EOT 168. fWT 166 map is 14.2 BARO is 14.4 KOEO ICP is 639-642 at idle IPR is 22.5 at idle no misfires on injectors ,
Parts I have proven bad and replaced FICM, blue spring in fuel pressure regulator, #6 injector, changed engine oil, fuel filters, transmission fluid, transmission filters, transmission temp sensor, i have dropped and cleaned fuel tank, it was at ford dealer yesterday getting latest and greatest flashes on PCM, FICM, and TRANSMISSION if there are any more number y'all would like to see just let me know and I will get them

man your EOT and fWT temps are way low try a new thermistate
Did ford do a cylinder balance test???
IDK if the SGII misfire is accurate
I take it nothing came up on SG about EGR Gauges and does it now that its been reflashed
have you cleaned the egr valve and or tried unplug when off and then go for a ride to seee if condition still persists

Yeah the temp is running low this morning on my hour drive to work 45 outside it didnt get above 150 this evening it warmed up to about 70 and it ran around 170 I don't know about the cylinder imbalance "my wife took it up there" I think all they did was pulled codes of computer and reflashed it. would have to unhook battrie cables for it to know it's been reflashed? I have cleaned the EGR and replaced orings I did get some EGR readings off the scangauge not at home where I can get them rite now but should be there with in a hour if I'm not mistaken it was The EVM and EVD that I got working best I recall at around 1500 Rpm they were both 0 going up to 4 sometimes I will get them for sure when I get home in various Rpm's

I got a 0 on the cam/ crank sync that be a bad cam position sensor?

I have pulled my CAT back just to make sure it wasn't stopped up started the truck up and thats not the problem still got a stutter. is it possible to have a dead injector and not throw a code? Even tho I have 64 psi of fuel does that automatically mean I have enough fuel flow? Or could I still have a flow issue? The reason I'm asking it will set her and idle all day and never miss a lick but you can touch the fuel pedal and it goes to acting up? I am completely stumped
