Spent yesterday attacking the yard with chainsaw & fire. Burned up about 3-4 truckloads of limbs & yard trash in advance of the front moving in. Need to get in a good bag mow (to catch as many weed seeds as possible) before the biggest drop of leaves comes on.

To any of you guys tuning in & not posting:

I'm gonna' be dropping individual PMs to as many nearby chapter members as possible over the next few months. (and a few distant ones too) I'd like to meet up with as many of you folks as I can just to put faces on names. Have coffee, a bite to eat or beer. Chew the fat about trucks, projects or whatever.

Will do David. Will be a week or so, Going to look at a wrecked truck on Sunday for the engine to put in my sons F150 and then leaving for Nashville on Monday for the week(work). I need to get back over there though to window shop myself.

The Kentwood Louisiana Rotary Club is sponsoring a Open class car & truck Show, on Main street in downtown Kentwood Saturday November 5th at 10:00 am and going on until dark. No restrictions on vehicle age or type, in other words in you can get here you can show it for a $10.00 entry fee!!! There will be throphies awarded. Hello Mississippi. I plan to work on my house - install wheels on the 96 f-250. David >> I looked everywhere for chome wheels for the 96. I could not find them anywhere. My brother came over and ask me what was wrong with the wheels on the wreaked truck I bought. Damn - A nice set of wheels on it. I am really a dum - a$$ sometime. LOL
