gas tanks for my 1950 f3

thanks in advance for your help, would like to put gas tank at rear of my truck what would you suggest thanks

Not sure if there are any extra crossmembers on the rear of an F2/F3, but most guys go with a gas tank out of a late 60s/early 70s in their F1s.

Someone that has done the swap will confirm the exact years.

The most of the two I hear of is the Mustang and a full size 73-91 Blazer... With it meing a f3 you should be able to put a 40 gal suburban tank too... I'm going with a 31 gal tank from a Blazer...

Tanks Inc has just about any size you want. Its where I bought mine and very pleased with it
