clutch issue?? ANY IDEAS?

any ideas what is wrong when you push in the clutch and it stays pushed in pedal would come back but clutch is no longer working ???

when did you last greased the throw-out bearing and all of the crap through the inspection plate?

Have you looked at the linkage between the pedal and the clutch master cylinder?
Is the plastic retainer bushing broken?
Have someone depress the clutch while you watch the master cylinder from the engine compartment.
Does it move up and down?

It needed a new master cyclinder
