PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi, I am in the process of building a mild street 351W. As of right now I will have a edelbrock high rise air gap intake, engine is bored .060 over (i know its thin but it was free so I can work with it), double roller timing set, headers, holley 600 or 650 DP (havnt decided yet), cam spring and lifter kit-TBD and that is where the question lies. I have the option to pick up a lunati 61004 cam and lifter kit with comp springs for a good price. if I take the time to port my STOCK heads will this cam work. I want a nice real lopey idle, I know this will probably have negative affects on performance but the way I see it, im on a budget build and this is a good price. so if it will WORK without hurting the engine then im going to go with it. So please post back and let me know what you think!!!!
also this is not a daily driver, it will be a weekend warrior at most lol

You should post the cam specs.

Voodoo Hyd Cam - Ford 351W 302HO 276/284 - Lunati Power

That cam is WAY beyond too wild for this motor IMO, "it likes a 2800rpm stall converter" meaning it makes NO power below 3000rpm, and since the heads are gonna restrict it above 4000rpm that doesn't leave you much of a powerband. The Voodoo cam that best matches the motor you actually have is the 61000, but it's your motor so you get to buy the parts you want for it.
