hello,
I am looking for a muffler shop that will work on my CATLESS truck.
I went to one place and they would not even look at it due to not
having emissions on it. so now i am looking for another place to go
to that wont RIP me off because it has NY plates on it but will work
on my truck. all i want to do is just replace the exhaust from headers
back with 2.5 inch tube and 2 mufflers.

any good shops in NOVA?

 

the problem your going to have is most exhaust shops have regulations being enforced on them.. some arent even allowed to let you leave without putting cats on a catless system...

best advice i could give you is to either do it yourself by buying the pipes and clamping them together or getting a friend you know with a welder to weld the pipes together for you... if you lived more in my area id help ya...

i will have to comeup to NY soon george. i need an inspection on the old truck.
it is due in November.
