Just picked up our new F350 with Nav/Sirius and wondering if they use the same antenna. I about to load our Lance pickup camper and am pretty sure Sirius won't work right with camper on but worried nav wont work right either. Was thinking I may need to get another antenna located near the front of truck? I already have an extra sirius antenna to try.

 

I couldn't swear about the new trucks but my 08 has two seperate antennas. There is one up on the dash close to the window which I " think" is the sat nav, and another on the roof by the running lights which I think is the sat radio. It could be just the opposite though. I'm guessing your truck will have a similar set up.

 

They are definitely two different antennas. The OEM Nav radio has a short wire antenna(mounts inside dash) and the Sirius has a long wire cause it mounts ion the roof.
