I'm going to subscribe to this because I'm about to do it myself as soon as I can track down the proper fittings. I already did one that goes from the ABS module to the rear tires, and that one was easy, but it was mostly straight. Then again, I only replaced the first four feet or so from the ABS and spliced it into the existing line downstream of that.
I would think you could bend your own. Is it the line from side to side or the line from the master? I replaced mine with all new stainless from inlinetube.com. That doesn't really answer your question about factory lines though. the one from left to right also has a coil or spring to protect it from rubbing which may be hard to replicate unless you have a flare kit.
I have seen a site somewhere that are pre bent . I look & see if I can find it . They are not hard to bend anyway , The one from my master cyl that is coiled ,I just wrapped it around a paint can ...

I'll check those links, thanks! What is that coil for, cooling?? I did check inlinetube and struck out. I've bent brake lines before but it wasn't pretty, LOL.
Yeah, the brake line I already did was very easy to bend, but I didn't have to do a coil in it or anything, just had to put a U in it. Does it matter which way you put the coil as far as clockwise or counterclockwise?
