Yea, there is an anchor latch to tether forward facing child seats. What is missing is the lower LATCH system to attach either a forward or rear facing child seat. It's a dual metal loop thing system typically adjacent to the seat belt fasteners.

I use the anchor and the belts for our car seat.

I didn't get the nav or sunroof and not sorry about that. One thing I am disappointed about was the truck I bought off the lot didn't have the rapid heater. Sucks because I live in a cold climate and make frequent short trips with the truck and haul kids around. I am still looking for a wrecked truck so I can get the parts and install it myself.

I do have the 20 seat and like it. Got linex bed liner, DVD head rests, mud flaps, tonneau, bed extender. Aftermarket stuff I added is wheels/tires, tailgate shock & lock, level kit.

Pretty happy except for the lack of rapid heat.

Things I miss:

I just purchased (yesterday) the truck in my signature. Traded my 03 F150 Supercab (much loved, reliable truck) for a 11 F250 Crew. So far the only things that I do not have, and wish I did are: the lcd information screen, 18 inch wheels (I have 17 but that is easy to change later), 5th wheel prep (I don't have a 5th wheel trailer....yet), heated seats (not available with cloth...nuts), and fog lights (full OEM kit on order). I also did not get a spray in bedliner but the dealer has arranged for a LineX to be installed in the next 2 weeks. This is the liner I had in my previous truck and loved it.

I will install the 5th wheel kit once I decide to get a 5th wheel camper. You can buy pretty much the same one Ford uses and installation looks straightforward.

I do not plan on installing a bed tool box in this truck but was amazed at how much stuff I took out of the one I had on my other truck! The underseat storage (and the storage behind the rear seats) in the F250 is great, but does not compare to space in an aluminum box. I did manage to get the essentials into the new truck!

Only thing I wish I had was the lcd information screen. Don't have the nav system but will add that later if I decide. Prob Kenwood. Is there any way to add the lcd info screen.
