How do I test PCM

Just checking, I wasn't intending to insult. You'd be surprise at how many people get the wrong cylinder. Now back to my question, sorry I wasn't specific. What I was really looking for is the physical location of the cylinder you checked. As in which side and how far back from the front. The #2 is the second one back on the passenger side. Is that the one you checked?

Didnt mean to be a smart ***. Im relatively new to working on engines and just wanted to give good info. I checked the 2nd cylinder back on the passenger side. COP is good and new plug. there is a problem with the connector coming off harness in that the clip mechanism is broken so connector is not locked in.However when I manually held connection tight while the engine was running no improvement was apparent with rough idle.

To me it sounds like your PCM is good. Based on the P0352 code I'd say you're on track with the harness connector. That code usually means that you have a connection to the COP but it's not a good one. So what you're looking to solve is a high resistance issue.
