Unhappy Rough Idle on 7.3 L diesel

I was driving home and the SES light came on and the engine started running rough, I have changed the fuel filter, the air filter, the CPS sensor, reconnected vacuum line to the turbo, checked the wiring harnesses to see if the are loose and cleaned the connections. It is more noticebale at higher rpm's, code reader doesn't show any codes. Any suggestions.

Check oil level, how old is the oil. A regular code reader at an auto parts store won't read all the codes on our trucks.

Possibly the under valve cover harness, UVCH, is loose.

I agree. Check the ICP too. (Unplug it then start, if problem goes away, ICP needs to be replaced.)
