I think I want to install a factory 07 f150 navagation unit in my very late 07 f150 XL.
Please descibe in detail what a can-bus is and what it will require to do the job in my late year model 07 xl. Or just talk me out of it.

 

I purchased a unit from e-bay( 375$) it looks just like the Factory one minus the Sync function. Has everything( Blue tooth , touch screen, dvd player etc except XM or serious Sat radio) I jsut bought a XM Radio and hooked it to it. works and looks great for a quarter of the price
