Ok, less fuel pressure, are all the pumps working? 1985-89 Ford used either 2 or 3 pumps depenpending on the number of tanks. Your truck has at least 2 pumps, a high pressure frame mounted one and a (or 2) low pressure in-tank pump(s). If the low pressure isn't working you will not supply fuel to the high pressure one, if it isn't working then you will not have enough pressure to run the injectors. You also have two fuel filters, one on the frame, one in the reservoir behind the high pressure pump. BTW, Ford parts guys don't even know about this one! Archion has the PN for a Fram replacement.

yea i know about both of the fuel pumps
the egr system IS hooked up NOW, what ISNT hooked up is the whole smog thing, with the air bypass valve and the ACV and all that
im gonna check my fuel filters, im thinking that when i drove it i mixed something around in the tank that got sucked up

as far as the ignition module
i checked all the resistances on that before i installed a new IACV and it checked good, but im thinking that i might have messed something up when i did that on account of, instead of taking out the distributor and taking the module off of it, i took the cap off and disconnected the plastic connector on the inside of the distributor, so i might have a bad connection on that or something

at this point, im kind of losing all hope
but being a half ford half mopar guy, i know to just keep on struggling and SOMETHING will happen

If you can figure out MOPARs, you should be able to handle a Ford. I have messed with both (note my avatar). Sounds like you're getting there on it, keep in mind, the pump may be 25 years old!
