1951 F1 V8 flathead: Do you know of anyone that makes an aluminum intake for a single 2 barrel? I have seen them for 2 2 barrels or a single 4 barrel but I really dont want to run 2 carbs nor do I think the motor needs a 4 barrel. I am not looking to boost horsepower greatly, just looking for a nice looking intake.

I have this triple Offenhauser intake that I'm contemplating selling. Since the picture was taken, it has been cleaned up and looks brand new. Has a small break on the generator pulley bracket section, but won't affect the mounting and operation of the pulley.
Not sure if it's a repop or not. I don't see a date stamped on it, which repops usually have.
You can also try Red's Headers, Offenhauser Intake Manifolds. Seems like you can order what you need from them. Also check with Speedway Motors and Summit Racing.

Canadian engines had stock, aluminum manifolds. You see them on eBay pretty frequently. Exactly the same as cast iron except about 20 lbs lighter. Be very sure the generator mount area is intact. They are usually going for less than $50.

Thanks Ross, I am liking the idea of being 20 lbs lighter but still being able to retain the stock carb. I will check out ebay when I get hom, its blocked here at work. Thank goodness this site isnt!!!
