Help posting pics

OK, I'm a supporter, I click the attachment icon, manage attachments comes up, I click on browse, I find the pic I want, open it, click upload and it comes up "upload failed". What am I doing wrong?? I tried it four times and keeps failing. Is it my computer? Is it the size of the pic ? If so, how do I change the size. Very frustrated

I'm guessing size (pixel size, or file size). You need to resize that picture you just posted to about half that size. (640x480) is the best size so we do not have to scroll to view half of the picture at a time. I'm middle age, and still have good vision. For the older gents I'm imagining they have a lower screen resolution, and therefore see even less than half.

I use the paint program on my computer to resize photos here's a link that explains how to do it.
