Too bad your so far away. I have a matching set of Rockwell axles that were just cut out of a dodge camper chassis last week. 700 original miles. Was a mobile classroom that never went far. 6 lug buds with 19.5 tubeless tires. Tires are shot.
Rear axle has 4.88 gears and is the same as f600 ford. Rockwell B130 has the dual wheel cylinders. The front axle is disk brake unit. Rotors need to be turned to get rust off of. I was going to mount them under my f350, but the front axle will make the wheels stick out the fenders way too much. So I'm going back to adding an auxiliary transmission instead.. My truck has 5.13 gears in it.

Actually Anderson's still appears to be Anderson's - it is almost directly across from the airport east of Greeley...

Scrap Yard - Google Maps

I've drove past Martin's a thousand times, but with no sign, and no clue he allowed people on the property I figured it was just an old cogger with a lot of old trucks.
From the view at the highway I have to agree, total candy store - it was all older vehicles, nothing new and foreign if I remember right.

I actually own property in Windsor (job draught forced me to move to Denver) and will be going past there tonight (after work, in the dark to repair the boiler for my tenant).
If timing was better, and it wasn't going to be afterhours and dark I would offer to stop and look through the yard for you and save you the scouting trip.

I take it you have tried Stadium Auto & Denver Ford , and the other bigger lots - mostly nobody carries old anymore, cycle em through and make room for the next money maker... but I noticed from the Wiki page on Dana 70's that there are a lot of more recent Dana 70's out there. Even saw an 8 lug on craigslist right now

Yellow IHC is still sitting there! Is there a tag or specific # ? He could find on it to verify?? He said it would probably be $200. And I'm guessing they could pull it which would be worth the 200 . Also called the other guy on the RV wheels and he has some he said 200 as well and he will remove. Pm me for contact info, and if you want me to try to I'd the axle and or ratio prior to you picking and or having him remove it. Later

Oh you like that do you? Unfortunitly the pic on my avatar is the product of some hady photoshop work but its my vision for my truck in the hopefully near future. I have a lead on an F3 around where I live that has a nice bed and body that im going to try and buy to convert my truck into a 4 door with a 6ft script bed. My other idea was to buy a panel truck and mate it to the back to kind of make a 1949 Excursion but I would have to get the measurements on a panel truck to see if it would be feasable, plus people always want a million dollars for thier panel truck regardless of condition.
Im sure im not the first to think of it.

I'll sell you both of mine for a million dollars. It's two for the price of one.

Here's some inspiration for you. The three door is real (not Photo Shopped) and sold at auction in KS a couple years ago. I wish I'd have known of the auction ahead of time. The second pair of pics are two of several F-3 M-H European military/national defense ambulances we've learned were made. The second is owned by one of our overseas members. Stu

Holy crap thats cool! Do you happen to know what the 3 door in KS sold for? It must have fetched quite a bit. Panelman-Depending on how my search goes i may just want one of your trucks, would the price still stand at .5 million a piece or would i have to buy both? If my car that runs off of wasteful spending of the government takes off it shouldnt be a problem. Is there any way you could tell me the lenght of the front of the door to the wheelwell, the length of the wheelwell and then the distance from the back of the wheelwell to the back of the body? Thanks

I'll go back through my archived stuff to see what it sold for then I'll come back and edit. I know I've got it somewhere. Here's the chart with measurements of the panel trucks. Stu

Edit - Here's the sale record. Looks like it sold for $5600 which might be a lot, but IMHO not considering its rarity. Stu

Yeah, if I'd been there I'd have tried to make it mine. There's a spare M-H kit looking for a proper home. Stu

I know where there are a few different panels around here, (they are projects) but unlike Ilya's Panels they are NOT for sale! The owners are "going to fix them up someday"

Agreed, $5600 would have been worth every penny. Looking at the measurements I would have to move the axle up to fit the panel truck wheelwells, and if i do a bed ill have to modify the bed a bit. So, its looking like doing a flat bed would be easiest but hey you never know.

I have the perfect panel for your project. But unfortunately, it's probably a little too far away. The front clip is junk but the body is repairable and the four doors are very solid.

I'll sell it without the engine and tranny for $1500 OBO.
