New forum on FTE for me.

I been on FTE for about a year and half now. I only troll and live in this forum for our classic trucks. I have gotten a lot of great advice and met some awesome people here. In Seven months with your help I got my Wide Ride IFS, and Fatbar four link completed on my 1955 F100.

This weekend I took a big step and bought a new ford truck. Let's see if the super duty forum is as great as you guys.

Nice truck! Does it have the new "in house" diesel? I have a 2008 SD 6.4 diesel. I've ventured over to the superduty forum a few times. Sorry to say, but it's just not the same. I just can't get into discussions about after-market exhausts, performance chips, electrical problems, etc.

Doc: yup it is the new in house 6.7l, they are calling it the scorpion. I have only had it a day and half and the wife is driving it today. But so far it is amazing....

tinman: great to hear about the techs on the other forum, thanks

The SD forum has certainly helped me out with a few of the problems I'm having with my 1999 7.3l CC SD. Almost everything so far has involved electrical issues which I've been able to deal with myself to the tune of saving BIG $$$.

Good folks there, with lots of knowledge and experience...Just like here.
