54 ford f100

My 54 ford came with some extra tires and rims when I bought it. The rims are vintage rocket 5 spoke rims. They are 15x4.5-4.75. But my bolt pattern on the truck is 5.5. What axles could that bolt pattern be off of. I believe it is ford axles, but not sure. Thanks for any help.
