Question 300 i6 comp cams?

i found this and thought about getting it for my 300 i6. just curious how much my torque will increase with it, and if it'll give me a few more ponies for passing cars?

COMP Cams CL66-237-4 - COMP Cams High Energy Cam and Lifter Kits - Overview - SummitRacing.com

would this be compatible with my efi system? also, how much larger is this over stock?

It seems these trucks' computers only like ~10% gains....From what I've gleaned on here....

Seems that any more, and the computer will CRAP BRICKS.....Too much lift causes the issues....

so i'd be better off with a port and polish, chevy rockers, and freeflowing exhaust and intake, huh?
