95 F150 H.O. swap question

I'm new, like your forum, very knowledgable to search, thought I'd join. I read through some post on the 5.0 to 5.0 H.O. swap in search but still would like some verification. I own a 95 F150 4x4. Its 302 non-H.O., 19# injectors, no performance mods what so ever and 4R70 transmission. Bought it with a bad motor. On a streak of bad luck I blew the rear end out of my 92 foxbody 2 weeks after I painted it >:l It needs floor pans, trans TLC, interior and is probably getting a 347 supercharged when funds are available to go big! In the mean time I was thinking about taking my stangs engine and putting into the truck. Its a 5.0 H.O. roller equipped with F303 cam, GT40-P heads, Ford racing Shorty-P headers, stock 19# injections and just the old 5.0 H.O.(bottle necking imo :X). I know the oil pan and pickup have to be changed and the H.O. has to keep its firing order. I know ill have to go from stangs(standard) flywheel to trucks(auto) flexplate, but do I have to change the balancer with it? GT40P dont use emission tubes so I know I won't have problem with egr. Here is where I am kind of lost. The truck has crank position sensor, the mustang does not, at least where I can see it, what should be done?
