Take everything with a grain of salt. Unless you actually see/hear reports of this as a wide spread issue I would not worry about it.

BTW Cheezit, I like my 6.4...just like you like your 6.0

Lots of happy owners.

the issue is far from wide spread and its being caused by the epa.

Do the 450 or 550 come with the 6.7?

I think that is a 450 truck with a bucket lift on the back. Likely sees 10 hour days of engine run time, with a lot of elevated idling for PTO pump.

I have no proof, just my thoughts.

Using this site as an indicator of the 6.7s reliability, I am confident that we have a good engine. The lack of serious problems with the 6.7 far exceeds the 6.0/6.4 Navi. I personaly know of a 6.7 cab chassis that went down from running on jet fuel while being used as an airport maintenance truck, the teardown looked similar to the one in the video. The warranty was denied on that one. Don't think I'll worry too much about mine though.
