I bought my first Excursion about a month ago and I'm going through it replacing odds and ends that the PO had let slide. I'm just about finished, but I'm having a hard time finding this one piece.

I have buddy, parts manager at a Ford dealership, who looked it up for me and said it's not a separate piece, but part of the door panel and, of course, a discontinued item. eBay has several, but the insert I need is black and all I can find are woodgrain. I'd also like to buy just the piece and not the entire panel if possible. Anyone have one or know where I can look?

It's actually the right side panel.
