If they are for the truck in your pic doesn't it have 1/2 studs now ? Unless it's been changed from the factory it should have 1/2" studs.

I don't mean to hi-jack the thread, but what are those wheels called and what are they worth? I've got a set I'm thinking of selling. Back in the '80s we knew them as 'fan-jet wheels', but I haven't been able to find them when I use that name in a search.

Depending on the manufacturer they were called Cyclones, Hurricanes or Turbines...worth is relative but they usually fetch $50-100 a set on Craigslist.

From what I have read on here you will need the part # 75187 and they are 1/2x20, NOT1/2 x18. Like I said this is what I have read on here alot lately.

Since the adapters are 8 on 6 1/2 to 8 on 6 1/2 they should work, but the company web site for the adapters says they will NOT work on your truck??

Good luck and let us know what you get worked out, I am interested to find out too.

lol sittin here reading posts and one of the new tires i bought for the truck just blew the side wall out. lol. **** happens. the rim will be going on the spacer which has 9/16 studs so i had to buy 9/16x18 lugs, they dont make a 9/16x20 nut

Were them rims 16 or 16.5? And at least you can get the adapter on there and then the rim on there safely with the different lug nuts. Right?

No one's asked yet, so i will, why are you wanting to run 2" wheel spacers anyway?

Looks like those rims are not off set/deep enough to run his tires or to get the tires off the suspention when steering full lock.

They look like the standard 4" back spacing, but hard to tell from the pic.

His closed knuckle axle has a pretty limited turning radius so i wouldn't think interference during lock to lock would be an issue.

I dunno.

im running the spacers to get away from my bendix unit with 265 70 r16s i still hit it. the ones i am showing are 16.5 rims thats all i like to run. with a 12.5 wide tire it rubs really bad so i wanted the spacers. besides that spacers look badass on these trucks. i dont mind replacing the stuff they are hard on.

thanks for all the input guys. i can always get good help here.

Something doesn't seem right about that, i run 35 x 12.50's on 16.5 wheels on my highboy and still have 1" of clearance between the Bendix unit and tire, and my springs aren't exactly fresh.

I've never known any highboy to rub the Bendix unit with 35's, even with the most tired of springs, but once you get up around 36 or 37's yea they'll rub the Bendix if the springs aren't fresh.
