i live in Penfield NY near walworth IM about 30 minutes from you, would be interested in buying them are they colored black and are the type that are bolted to the fender or riveted

A link to Bushwackers site below. These are black as they come from the factory and are still in the plastic. I do not have the original box.
I bought them last spring and then sold the truck in the summer, I never put them on.
