very nice ^^^^
i've been looking at some of the truck bed tents. how do you like that one?
I liked it. It served it purpose for the event I was at. I had 4 people come up and ask about the tent while I was there. They thought it was a great concept. This particular tent was pretty roomy and tall. I did not feel like I was in as small of a space. The set up was pretty easy and quick. My buddy gave me a hand installing the poles. It was up in a few minutes. Since my group does camp at certain events we all give each other a hand setting up trailer or tent. (One of our events we bring in a big top style of tent with DJ booth beer pong tables.)
AS for tent camping, I forgot what it like. Needing to bring everything. Generally everything is in the trailer ready to go. For this trip I raced around trying to remember everything. However, I got a small step ladder. My daughter wants to sleep in it one night. I might set it up in the back yard or on a trip where ever we go for the night. One thing though, I need to get a fitted air mattress for the back of the truck. I had a small twin mattress and it was a hair too small for my large frame. It did the job but it would be nice to have something a little more comfortable.
As for this particular tent, it is Napier's entry level tent. It is in the 150 dollar price point. They have 2 others which one is camo the other is Blue. They have some additional features like zip up windows and an awning off the back. This you need the rain fly for any additional privacy. However, one of the people I knew at the event, him and his girlfriend were very interested in the tent for the back of their F150 when they camp at events.
I used a Queen size Wal-Mart air mattress in mine. I'm 6'3" and worked great for me! I also had a shelf that I would run across the front of the bed to put your wallet, key's or in my case Gatorade......
This is my 1999 F250 V10. It has 193,000 miles. I went to the 2008 mirrors and freakin love it. I am currently doing a dual battery setup. I am kinda going with a Zombie Apocalypse Theme. I have a long way to go but slowly I will get there. Lift, roof rack, Lots of LED lights, winch bumper and so on...... It has 315/75/r16 Duratracs with gooseneck hitch, ATV winch mounted in the bed truck box, backup camera, led backup lights, PIAA lights.

Zombie Apocalypse REQUIRES a full grille guard, minimum 2" tubing across the whole width. Or fashion a full-width battering ram if you are serious.

I have only lived in NC for just over 4 years, was born in MI & sure as hell don't miss the snow.
Although it is pretty, I guess its not actually the snow I hate rather the cold temps & of course road salt
