My new to me '11 F-250 CCSB FX4. Needs mods badly. I need new shocks and steering stabilizer, so need to figure out what I'm going to do. To do a level kit or not. Also needs at least 33" black wheels and some nice A/T tires.

Suggestions???

Yup, headlight change would set it off.

ha ha - we were relocating trailers for the Government - I do like the FORD much better - amazing what a few bucks of paint and flares will do to a fleet truck !

 

It's amazing how quickly you can change the look of the truck.

 

Painted the new trailer over the weekend to match my truck. No more shiny stuff.








Also loaded the 4 wheelers in the back for the first time tonight and the truck rides much smoother with 6k+ behind it. Can definitely tell it's there. Will probably pull it on the highway this weekend loaded for the first time so see how it does cruising.

Empty it was pulling me down to about 9-10mpg from my usual 11-12 on the highway. Lots of high RPM and 4th gear at 65mph to keep it moving on even small hills. Not sure what I was thinking when I ordered the truck with 3.73s. Might have to look into a set of 4.30s some day.

 

How about a Tuner Tosa? Setup looks awesome. Also put some pictures in the new towing forum section.
