Well, this won't make you guys feel any better I'm only 18 and only about 5'10, 5'11 Always wanted to be taller, but that hasn't happened yet, lol. All of your guys really make me feel short. But I'm definitely not small, and almost everyone thinks I'm older, and I haven't gotten carded for anything yet, not that I really do much that would get me carded.
Actually I remember the one time we went to look at a truck, before I got mine, the guy thought that I was around 22 or so, haha.

[QUOTE="acf6;14045899"]being tall isnt really great all the time...i feel like i need to lift my truck more since its barely taller than me [/QUOTEi know how you feel lol. My gf needs to climb into my truck and I just kinda do a little hop and slide in lol (don't want to ruin the edge of the seat sliding in and out on the seat.
Being tall is nice sometimes but other times it sucks too lol

I am 26, 5'-8", full beard that is graying in the front, and electrical engineer. I drink like I am still 21, but I get called an old man because I like small ***** hole blue collar bars and bull *****ting with the old guys after work. I also enjoy whiskey on the rocks, and am a huge scotch enthusiast.
On another note, I got carded for a can of Copenhagen yesterday, but I never get carded for booze anymore.
I also never realized how many young guys are on here either. The reason being, is I've worked my whole life, but until I graduated college, I never had the cash to own a Super Duty. The trucks were expensive, the parts were expensive, and it would've cut into my food and bar money.
We need to start an age, weight, and profession thread lol

-Everyone always looks up to you no matter how much of an *** you are
-You can make fun of all the short people which is everyone since your an fing sky scraper
-you can reach things
-chicks always spot you and talk about you since they can see you from a mile away
-the weather is always warmer up by your head because heat rises.
Thats pretty much it here are some cons:
-vehicles smaller than a truck/SUV.....no
-shoes size 16+ dont exsit except in this majical palce called the internet where you rder them then try them on after you pay
- cloths dont exist becasue you cant go to a regular store or a big ant tall store thats for 7'+ dudes
-cant ride anything in Disney
-have to bend over to do anything
-doorways in old houses...cant remember anything about those its a blig black area in my memory
-people always need **** thats about thier heads
-girlfriend drives a escort you drive a truck...do the math
-long lists of cons to being tall
-you always wish you were shorter so you could do some fun things short people do like hide in crowds
I could keep going lol those are sarcastic but kinda serious reasons i wish i was 6'-6'2". Seriously though clothes and shoe shopping sucks and riding in my gf's escort/ driving it.
EDIT: forgot to add that after lifting your truck you feel like a bad *** then realize you to your truck is like everyone else to a stock truck....but its fun watching you 5'2" gf get in lol...until she makes you buy steps for in...

hahaha! that list is so true. clothing is the worst part, shoes arent so bad, im only a size 13 but shopping for clothes sucks. along with short basements in houses..but the plus side is i almost never need a 4' ladder! and i can afford my truck because i dont have any other expensive hobbies lol...well snowmobiling but thats only a few months out of the year
and yeah my truck seemed huge for a few days after i lifted it but i just feel like its stock again lol

I can afford my truck now, and I can make it a lot nice when the student debt is gone in a few years lol. I have a girlfriend, that is probably the next most expensive hobby lol.
I was just able to afford my Super Duty this past summer. College really took a bite out of my budget and I couldn't find a job for three years afterwards. I am a Math teacher. It is decent money for my area but could definitely be better. I have/was never carded for anything. The day I turned 21 I drove straight to the beer store, grabbed a case and headed up to the cashier. I was excited to show my id. She never even ask. I ask her and she said "No, thats alright." I guess I have always looked old.

Miles, your a hell of a lot closer then i am! haha
and at almost 25 i've lost count of all the trucks i've owned. i've always had my main daily drivers but have bought and sold alot..some projects also. i'd say close to 20 since i was 14.
i was so proud to be able to afford my Excursion at 19, now i'm looking at dropping 30k+ on a newer f-150 within a few months and keeping all my other trucks...never thought i'd be able to do that.
