I think we use our sliding rear quite a bit especially when backing up with the tint. I like it because more air circulating with the slider and all 4 door windows down. I am personally not one big on AC. Actually what I found was funny was when I replaced the back window on my 88 F150 a slidding rear window was cheaper then the solid? no idea why that was even after buying the new seal.

now back on topic hey drey04 did your truck always have a solid rear window? and if so was it factory tinted or did you have it tinted?

Yep, always had the solid rear window.

Not 100% sure on the tint... the previous owner owned a construction business and he had his company logo on the back window. I think he had it tinted, but don't remember exactly.

Thats my neck of the woods! Well, Saginaw, but still go thru there bout once a month down 61.
My sis moved down to NC 5 years ago too. Her husband had a better job down there, so they jetted.
