Snapped a couple pics of my truck and trailer while riding this weekend.

 

Has your truck always had cab lights? either way, lookin good! how are the new tunes?

 

The cab lights came on it stock. As far as the tunes, it made pulling the trailer a ton easier. Less gear searching and plenty of passing power in O.D. on the highway. Its amazing the difference. What tune are you running? A buddy of mine has an 03 with the 5.4 and is in need of more power and better shifting to tow his 26' toy hauler. How do you like your tunes?

I like my tunes, i am running the 87 economy just for daily driving. Truck performs much better, and even more so on 87 performance. i dont use that much because i notice a decline in MPG (from heavy right foot ) but my truck is much more fun to drive with either tune. I dont tow heavy so i dont even have a tow tune. and i havent tried out my other tune, 93 perf, yet because gas is too expensive

 

Yeah the right foot thing is gonna be a problem i'll need to work on. For a large vehicle it is just so snappy at lower speeds now just with the 87 perf/tow. I will pass your experiences along, thanks.

 

Looks cherry man and you have a mint truck I'm looking for a gas job super duty and then I'll eventually make my way into a 6.4. But that's besides the point I'll have to give them a call about the liner

Sorry just got your message. Here in Snowflake arizona it doesn't get to hot tops 90's. I agree with you but my dad is older so it is harder for him to get into the truck. My dad is kinda putting it off though because we aren't rich people right now. My dad has been lately having me drive him around now that I got a learner's permit.

Havent been on in awhile. Nice to see this thread still going strong!

 

It gives me a reason to drive the super duty. And tease my mom because the super duty is to much power for her she keeps going to fast in it and it is me and my dad's baby so we don't like others driving it. My dad has lots of problems with his body although being only in his late 50s. I recently learned to back up a trailer really good still got to work on it though.

Good one mark. By the way your trucks running boards wouldn't fit yours is a super cab ours is a crew cab. We had a chance to take the running boards off our old super cab but they wouldn't work. I am 16 and getting tired of grabbing the steering wheel to get up in their.
