I dont know it kind of looks like that in person. If its fresh washed is brighter red if dirty at all it looks dull orange-red. But definently not a "cherry" red. I wanted silver

You could probably buff the crap out of it to get the shine back. I like it makes it more unique. Now you just need some black rims and bigger tires

285/70/17 when these wear out. Kind of thinking about powdercoating rims but lots of money/trouble.

Current 08 F350 short bed dually V10, previous 06 250 5.4. First pic - day I closed the deal. Second pic - first real towing. Third pic - previous 06. No mods planned for the 08 yet and not sure what I could really do other than cosmetic. Maybe a 5Star tuner at warranty end. It doesn't have rear window tint so that is on the list. I'm one of those guys who actually like the Ford products original looks.

I wanted/needed a crew cab, it was cheaper by almost 10 grand than a long bed dually similarly equipped (because few want it) or even a SRW crew cab (trust me I looked), and only had 25k miles on it. It was on a dealers lot for 7 months (i watched it for that long) and in that 7 months time frame the price dropped about $8k and I got em lower! I would have been fine with a SRW but the DRW was available at a great price. Put it this way I see 08 Reg Cab gas trucks with similar mileage selling for a similar price I picked this up for. Plus I think it looks pretty slick, can haul 4995 in the bed, and has a tow rating of 14k. I run a part time landscape business and maybe used my 8ft bed in the 06 1 or 2 times. My dump trailer did all the work.

Thanks! Me too!

Some people hate em, for whatever reason. How is is soooo different from a crew cab short bed SRW? Oh yea right it has 2 extra wheels, tires, and different rims, more payload, more towing...
